INSTRUCTIONS FOR
RECEIVING YOURÂ ITEM
When your item arrives, there are a few things that we need you to do...
After you purchase one of our vehicles, whether it's gasoline or electric, we ask that you follow these guidelines. Some of these steps are NECESSARY STEPS that you must complete in order to Activate Your Warranty, and be Eligible for Returns.
Here is a general outline of What to Expect, the Necessary Steps we REQUIRE you to do, and our Highly Recommended list of things you should do to get the most enjoyment out of your new ride while staying safe!

What to Expect
1. Prior to Delivery:
When your item has been processed for shipping, you will be emailed your Tracking Number(s) and a CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY FORM. After delivery, you will need to complete and return your CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY FORM to Junior Motocross Imports by EMAIL ONLY to jrmximports@gmail.com in order to ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY and be ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. Save your tracking number(s), and be able to access the CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY FORM for reference on the Day of Delivery. We recommend printing the form so you can fill it out by hand and then fill it in on the easy-to-submit online form. Also, you can sign up to receive tracking alerts on the carrier's website, and watch the movement of the package. As your item gets closer to arrival, you may receive a phone call from the carrier to set up a delivery appointment (usually for larger items over 100 lbs.)

2. Day of Delivery:
Be available when the Delivery Driver arrives. Have a Camera ready and your CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY FORM for reference. After the package is unloaded, show the Driver your CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY FORM from Junior Motocross Imports, write down the driver's name, and ask them to stay while you look at the packaging as well as the item itself for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.
NECESSARY STEP:
Damages Upon Delivery:
IMMEDIATELY TAKE PICTURES OF ALL DAMAGES, NO MATTER HOW SMALL.
If there are some minor damages, please note them on the Delivery Slip from the Driver on both the Driver's Copy and your Customer Copy (NOTE: The Delivery Slip is NOT your CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY FORM) and we will be able to send you replacement parts free of charge. However, if there is no notation of damage on the Driver's Copy of the Delivery Slip, then in most cases you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement parts and freight costs to ship them to you.
NECESSARY STEP:
IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGE THAT APPEARS TO BE SUBSTANTIAL AND BEYOND REPAIR:
1. TELL THE DRIVER YOU ARE REFUSING THE DELIVERY AND SENDING IT BACK.
2. WRITE "REFUSED DUE TO SHIPPING DAMAGES" ON BOTH COPIES OF THE DELIVERY SLIP.
3. MAKE SURE YOU GET GOOD, CLEARLY VISIBLE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE.
4. CALL US IMMEDIATELY WITH YOUR DELIVERY SLIP TO REPORT THE SHIPPING DAMAGES.
Note: Even if you were not available when the item was delivered, and even if you don't observe any visible damage to the outside of the packing box, we require that you IMMEDIATELY INSPECT THE ENTIRE ITEM FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES upon receiving the package.
If you refused the package due to shipping damages, and you followed the 4 steps above, we will quickly confirm the damages and get a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible. Refusal of Delivery without written pre-approval from Junior Motocross Imports, for any reason other than "Due to Shipping Damages", is considered a violation of our Cancellation Policy.

3. After Receiving:
NECESSARY STEP:
Complete the CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY FORM at this time and WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM, complete the easy-to-submit online form or email it to jrmximports@gmail.com as an attached scanned image file or photo to Activate Your Warranty.

You should receive your Warranty Activation email within a few business days.
