OUR RETURN POLICY

1. RETURNS are ONLY ACCEPTED for UNOPENED, UNUSED products and require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) NUMBER.
2. You will need to complete a RETURN REQUEST to obtain an RMA NUMBER.
3. A RETURN REQUEST must be submitted within 15 business days (3 weeks) of receiving your item (determined by tracking/delivery confirmation date).
4. Products must be returned/shipped back to Junior Motocross Imports within 5 business days (1 week) of receiving the RMA NUMBER.
5. Products must be in NEW and RESELLABLE condition, in ORIGINAL PACKAGING with NO MISSING PARTS, DAMAGES, ALTERATIONS, ABUSE, NEGLECT or ACCIDENTS.

In order to keep our prices low, ALL SHIPPING EXPENSES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. This includes the Original Shipping Cost and the Return Shipping Cost. FREIGHT EXPENSES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

Returns may be REJECTED ENTIRELY or Refunds may be SUBJECTED TO a 15-50% RESTOCKING FEE by Junior Motocross Imports if the product:
     (A) is missing parts (including original shipping box, product manual, assembly tools, cables, stickers, all parts, accessories, etc.).
     (B) shows any signs of USE, ALTERATION, DAMAGE, ABUSE, or NEGLECT.
     (C) does not meet or match the described Reason for Return in the submitted RETURN REQUEST.
     (D) was not purchased from Junior Motocross Imports.
     (E) was not shipped back with 5 business days of issuing the RMA number or received by Junior Motocross Imports within 15 business days (3 weeks) from issuing the RMA NUMBER (determined by tracking information)
     (F) the RMA NUMBER was not printed and attached to the product packaging or the RMA NUMBER doesn't match the RMA NUMBER issued to you.

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BACK TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. If Original Method of Payment is not available to receive funds, proper proof and documentation (subject to approval by Junior Motocross Imports) is required.

REJECTED RETURNS CAN BE SHIPPED BACK AT YOUR EXPENSE.

RESTOCKING FEES & ALL SHIPPING FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
